Very Good way of relaxing the mind for meditation
FULL BREATHING or WAVE BHASTRIKA PRANAYAM:
This Pranayam is practised by Siddha and Kriya Yogis, and Pranic Healers to clear the chakras, to still their minds for meditation and to really know the Chakras where the blockages are there. This also clears the Chakras and stops the onset of dieseases
STEP 1:
Inhalation: Slowly inhale through the nostrils keeping attention on the inflow of air. First deliberatly fill the lower abdomen, then middle abdomen, then upper abdomen, lower part of chest and then the upper part of the chest with air and Prana.
STEP 2:
Pull the head backwards so that the front neck is stretched and fill the neck with prana
STEP 3:
Exhalation:
Deliberatly and slowly exhale, first the neck is emptied by bringing the head to normal position, then upper chest, then lower chest than the upper, middle and lower abdomen till the air is emptied.
STEP 4:
PULL the abdominal and lower anal muscles inwards and upwards respectively while the chin rests on the V of the junction of neck and chest, while locking the air flow (i.e. no inhalation).
STEP 5:
Slowly relax and breath normally for few breaths.
Repeat the Process 5-10 times, 3 times a day.
The Pranayam wud be more helpful if done in front of Rising Sun, WHEN it is red.
Just feel the Golden energy of Sun entering with each inhalation and disease going out as black energy. After some time the mind bcomes still and ready to meditate. This wud intensify the healing if it is done with Navel exposed to Sunlight.

After some time peole will feel blockages. If there seems to be pressure or strain on the groin, lower region, legs, etc. Muladhar Chakra (Basal Chakra is having blockages), if the presuure is felt in the lower abdominal region, lower back, or there is a problem of confidence, Swadhishthan Chakra (Sacral Chakra) is blocked, If pain is felt in abdomen region, there is indigestion, or radiating pain in the upper back, then Surya Chakra (Solar plexus) id blocked, similarly pressure will be frlt at all chakras, so the afflicted chakra can be identified and the problems of the future associated with the Chakras can be treated before they appear.

OM SAI RAM Ganeshji, the great part is that you can do this even while lazing around and watching TV. However, do u watch TV there Ganeshji, becos most of the channels wud be in Hungarian language only

Thats great Anupam Ji. Yes the channels are all in Hungarian and i do watch them bcos i am fluent in the language, otherwise its difficult to survive here. Om Sairam.
